Richard Mayer Donation
This amazingly well-preserved cabinet photo of Pacific Electric car Echo at the top incline railway station was generously donated by Richard Mayer. On the back of the cardboard frame lists a number of interesting facts regarding the railroad and its surrounding area. We believe that this photo was made sometime around 1915 judging by the wardrobe and especially the women’s hats that were worn during this period.
